Hamilton Woods Associates are currently working on behalf of a social housing provider, to recruit foran Electrician on an initial temporary basis- there is scope for the role to become permanent

The successful candidate will be completing electrical repairs and maintenance on void and tenanted social housing properties, as well as some testing and inspection on void properties

Responsibilities of the Electrician:

• Undertaking electrical repairs and maintenance to void and tenanted social housing properties
• Carrying out fault finding and diagnosis
• Providing testing, inspection and the appropriate certification for electrical components and equipment
• Ensuring work is completed to the highest standards and quality
• Completing accurate records of work undertaken
• Ensuring customer satisfaction

Requirements of the Electrician includes:

• UK Driving License

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
• 2391
• 18th Edition
